How do I personalise my item?
Please leave details of the personalisation you require for your order in the 'Message to seller' box at checkout.
Without your information I cannot complete your order and there may be a delay in emailing your item to you.
Sizing details
Details of the size of item you are purchasing are included in the listing description. But just in case you missed them:
US Letter - 8.5 x 11 inches (215.9 by 279.4 mm)
A3 - 420mm x 297mm
A4 - 210mm x 297mm
A5 - 148mm x 210mm
A6 - 105mm x 148mm

We are based in New Zealand which is the GMT+12 time zone. If you are messaging from the USA, best time to catch us is in your afternoon/evening. All messages will be answered as soon as possible.
What is included with my purchase?
* Custom Digital Downloads *
If you have ordered a custom digital file you will receive your image with your custom text in 2 files (1 x JPEG & 1 x PDF) via your email you have listed with Etsy within 2 working days.
These files will be in a zip file which you would need to unzip before printing.
No physical product is shipped.
* Instant Digital Downloads *
If you have ordered an instant digital download you will receive your image as is (no custom text) in 2 files (1 x JPEG & 1 x PDF) in 1 zip folder. The files will be available for you to download instantly on purchase.
These files will be in a zip file which you would need to unzip before printing.
No physical product is shipped.
Do you provide frames and inks?
No.
All our products on our Etsy shop are digital files only.
How do I unzip my file?
To unzip your contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Do you provide physical products
Yes.
To order a physical product please message us before purchase. We will look into the most cost effective way from New Zealand or the United States, depending on your location.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Refunds and exchanges cannot be offered on personalised items. unless they has arrived damaged (see above) .
For non-personalised items, please contact me within 3 days of delivery to start the returns process.
If you have purchased something and have changed your mind, please contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a refund.
If you have purchased a digital download and have downloaded some or all of the files, a refund will not be given.
